Worried about the hop additions. The amounts are almost entirely based on how convenience of the minimum incremental size of grains (0.25kg) and hops (50g) from the shop I use. So I had 100g of the Amarillo and Citra to play with, hence the large additions. Better than letting a few extra grams sitting around.
