Bring to boil & add 1 oz Perle. Boil 40 min & add 1 oz Sterling. Boil 10 minutes & add 1 oz Sterling. Boil 10 minutes. Cool to <60 degrees and pitch yeast. Put in keg cooler @ 50 degrees. 5/16/15: Removed from cooler to garage at 62 degrees for rest.
