Future, work on temperature control and yeast pitch matching. Temperature/Gravity curve says a lot.

A great beer for the holidays. My 1st attempt at recreating the Terrapin Brewery brewed in November 2017. *TASTE before adding any chocolate extract, and add to TASTE. I would not add any if you have already nailed your mix of sweet/chocolate.
