Bring to a boil, remove from heat, and add extract
Your pre-boil volume should be about 4 gallons
Boil for 60 minutes following the hops schedule.
Chill to 72* and transfer to fermenter
Top off with sterile water to 5 gallons
Aerate and pitch yeast
Place fermenter in a dark temp stable location - preferably between 68-72* |
