Notes

Step mash starting at 131 for 15 min then raise to 158 for 45 mins. It says 90 minute boil with hops added at the beginning, your call if you want to shorten it to 60-75 mins or not. Recipe called for dark and light munich, i know we only have one so either double it or sub in something.
