Notes: Named after the Bifröst, the legendary burning rainbow bridge that connects Midgard to Asgard, this name symbolizes the fusion of kveik yeast and New Zealand/Australian hops.
Just like the Bifröst spans worlds, this beer bridges the rustic farmhouse character of Norway with the bright, tropical flavors of Australia and New Zealand.
A fusion of Nordic tradition and Southern Hemisphere flair, Bifröst Farmhouse Ale bursts with tropical fruit, citrus, and a hint of black pepper spice. Ebbegarden kveik delivers soft stone fruit esters, while Southern Hemisphere hops bring bright passion fruit, gooseberry, and lime zest. A dry, crisp finish and rustic farmhouse complexity make this a truly legendary brew. |
