| Notes: My first attempt at XXXX Bitter was nice but the crystal flavour was too evident. I've added wheat instead to keep nice head retention and lessen the flavour. The galaxy hops were nice and I think the bitterness is close enough to the real thing. Fingers crossed! |

Notes: Ulpívající hořkost. Ubrat na 60 min při 65 stupních pro beta amylázu a přidat 30 minut při 72 stupních pro alfa amylázu.Ubrat Cascade na 35 + 35 g při chmelovaru.
5.2. 2016, nic bych neměnil, po zrání 10 týdnů vyrovnaný, kulatý, hořkost neulpívá. Dobrej recept.
15.3. 2016, poslední láhev. Bylinně chmelová, výrazně citrusová vůně. Plné s nízkým řízem. Dosti ulpívající, drsná hořkost v dochuti. Příště možná jiný chmel, nebo ubrat na hořkosti a přidat v pozdější dávce chmelu. Případně přidat studené chmelení.

| Notes: Use Frozen Rasberries, and 1 oz of cocoa powder. put berries and cocoa powder in small pot and cover with water and bring to a boil for 10 mins. drain the water and Cool to 70 degrees, cover with 5oz of vodka and Put in primary fermenter. Transfer wort on top and pitch yeast. After FG is reached transfer to secondary and let sit at 50 degrees for 7 days. Bottle and drink! |
