Notas:
- Lavamos con 45 litros de agua.
- La absorción del grano fue un 25% del total de agua (considerando mash + lavado) 23 litros.
- La cantidad de litros que entraron en boil luego del lavado fueron 67.
- La DO luego de lavar fue 1040.
- La evaporación fue del 7% por hora.
- Tuvimos que bajar el rendimiento del equipo a 58%, al menos para esta cocción. Las maltas vinieron molidas, tendrá algo que ver?
Errores:
- El agua debería haberse corregido previamente a la cocción adicionando 6gr de Gypsum. Se hizo durante el mash.
- El lupulado fue mal aplicado, se agregaron algunos gramos finales de más.
- Nos quedamos cortos con las mangueras de liquido de 1/4 pulgada alimenticias para conectar comodamente el equipo de frio.
- Hicimos el Mash con 45 lt, lavamos con 45 lt. El mosto inicial después del lavado fue 1040. Resulto muy lejos del esperado (1060) y tuvimos que hervir 2 horas para acercarnos a lo que buscabamos y aún así no llegamos. Hubo un error en el calculo de volumen, se produjo por no haber hecho una medición de densidad.
