Tap water to 1.25L, DME boiled but molasses added to sanitized 2L mason jar. I will pour the wort off the boil into the mason jar in an effort to keep some of the molasses aroma. Added a pinch of Fermaid-K at pitching. Update- was very homebrew tasting, hadn't had a funky brew in years a little oxidized but shouldn't have been with a pin hole saran wrap and only a week old. Not pleasant.
