Notes: So this is a recipe based on John Palmer’s Victory and Chaos IPA, but adapted for German market ingredients.
This was my first brew and I’m so pleased with it! Nice and hoppy. Low carbonisation as I’m not a big bubble fan.
I think I will repeat the recipe but with a smaller grain bill in order to lower the ABV as 6% is a little strong for a session, but a couple are lovely.
