ABV: 7.5% - 10%
We added the two ounces (56.7g) of Amarillo hops to a mesh bag and then added the hop bag directly to the keg. We used a mesh bag to make removing the hops easy. We added the hops Friday afternoon and removed them the following Monday afternoon.

Notes: Steep grains at 152 for 30 mins in 1 gallon water. Raise temp to 168 then remove bag and rinse. Add 5 gallons water and boil. Add dme. Before boiling. After boil stir in hops to whirlpool. For 20 mins. Add dry hops on day 5 of fermentation.
OG should be 1070 and FG 1017 for 7.2 abv |
