Stir at 30 mins - 152
MAsh out with 172 water
Had to add 1 gal distilled water to get to targetvolume
Chill to 18c and pitch, set to 18c for 3 days.
Ramp to 20c on Day 4 to 10.
1020 on Day 5
1012 on Day 11, set to cold crash for 2 days. Kegged on day 13
This beer is spectacular. Lovely little fruity yeast character, amazing head retention and silky mouthfeel. Don't change a thing.
Bottle sampled on sep 1, fantastic. Best beer I’ve ever made.

Ho aggiunto 3gr in più per ogni luppolo poichè sono tutti di raccolta 2013, quindi anche se conservati sotto vuoto avranno sicuramente perso un pò di aromi.
L' IBU è molto alto, ma è un valore indicativo e in questo caso imprecisato. C'è un sacco di luppolo da aroma che non darà amaro. |
