If you want the colour but less of the flavour of the dark malts, try substituting the Carafa Special III for a dehusked version of Carafa.

| Notes: An easy brew, a good brew, just remember its not rocket science.....but it is science. .........enjoy. I will brew 4 five gallon batches in plastic fermenters in 2 days, bottle two weeks later. test 2 weeks after that. Then watch all the "Friends" start hangin out Hey by the way these are 213 Calories per brew. Its a real good heavy ale. For max effect wear a Kilt. |
