Return to boil and boil 60min, adding hops per schedule. Add 6lbs LME at 15min before end of boil. Add 2lbs sugar 5min before end of boil. Hop stand the 0.5oz Summit and 2oz Cascade for 15min after turning off heat. Cool to 100F. Fill primary with 2 gallons of cold water, then pour cooled wort in. Top up with cold water to 5 gallons. Aerate and take gravity, if desired, then add yeast.
