| Notes: Very good easy drinking beer. Would likely benefit from a little less corn in the mash in order to reduce the « peaches and cream » flavour and the sweetness. Not much adjustment needed. Maybe going from 1 lbs to 3/4 lbs or 1/2 lbs. Head retention and carbonation were good. A « go to » to have on tap for summer months. |
