We didn't have a target water profile; just went with the recommendations of the brewer who was working with us. I don't have the original recipe sheet, but do have the brew sheet we kept during brew day. The salts additions were what we used.

Added 15ml Lactic to Sparge water. Fly sparge: had to use the RIM to heat the mash up to temp. O.G. was measured at 1.052.
