We didn't have a target water profile; just went with the recommendations of the brewer who was working with us. I don't have the original recipe sheet, but do have the brew sheet we kept during brew day. The salts additions were what we used. |

Added 15ml Lactic to Sparge water. Fly sparge: had to use the RIM to heat the mash up to temp. O.G. was measured at 1.052.
