Notes: Bring crystal malt to 155 degrees and sparge,. Add malt extract and hops , .Ginger. 1/2 the coriander and boil. for the indicated times (Citra hops added at last 10' w/ I Moss & Servomyeces. At end of boil wort chiller cool to 100 degrees and add the homey. Half the crushed coriander and nutmeg are placed in the primary. Add yeast started . 5 gallon cooled batch read at 1.097 O.G. w/ Refractometer. |
