Let settle for ten minutes. Cool wort down to about 90 degrees .add some cool water to fermenter, add wort to fermenter top off wort to make 5.25 gallons .cool to 68 degrees and pitch yeast.I know I have cocoa powder In extra ingredients but I used a cup of CREME DE CACAO at bottling.
