Had really good efficiency (about 80%) and ended with an OG of 1.057. Will probably result in a beer around 6%, which is out of style. Adjust next time. |

| Notes: Mash at 154F for one hour. Sparge. Get to 6.5 gallons in kettle pre-boil. After mashing, boil wort for 10-15 minutes. Cool to 110F and add GoodBelly. Store at ~100-110F for 24 to 48 hrs - until pH is ~3.5. Bring to boil (~30 minutes) and add hops.
