No sparge technique with 8 gallons. What actually occured: Let sit in the fermentor for a while, (3/21/21 - 8/11/21) and bottled to 2.0 volumes of CO2. OG was at 1.081? Maybe this is where I got the other measurement from because this is very high from where I expected it, and the other beire de garde I had still tasted like a big beer. I'll chalk it up to secretarial issues, and assume this beer had the OG listed below that I recorded on that. OG: 1.043 FG: 1.006 ABV: 4.86%
