Target is 154 degrees for 60 minutes. Mash every thing for the full 60 minutes. Increase temp to 160 for 10 minutes then squeeze the bag. Target pre boil is 7 gallons. Boil for 60 minutes. Hops all in for full time. Brew day was very warm and humid. Hit the temps and times perfectly. Target pre boil was 7 gallons, but ended with 6.5. Hops were added 12 hours later when temperature dropped to 68. Very active fermentation in 24 hours. Smells good and the color is spot on.
