Malt: 2-Row Barley, Patagonia Crystal 55
Hops: Cascade, Centennial, Chinook (Dry Hop); Chinook, Exp 07270 (Whirlpool); Warrior (Bittering).
Yeast: California Ale 001
Original Gravity: 19.8 Degrees Plato
Final Gravity: 2.2 Degrees Plato
Alc/Vol: 9.75%
IBUs: 90
Experimental #07270. A cross from Apollo and Wye Target
Alpha: 15–18.5%
Beta: 4–5.2%
Cohumulone: 26–29% of alpha acids
