Transfer to keg once fermentation is done.
Hold at 34* to clear beer for 4 weeks!! , add finings 24 hrs. before transferring to keg. Fine with Gelatin 1 tsp per 1/2 cup water, then heat to 150* to dissolve, add to fermenter.
Rack to Keg, Carb to 2.5 Vol CO2
