Furthermore, I used LupoMax which has higher AA% so I dropped BYO recommended 1/2oz to 1/4oz, but for the end FlameOut hops, I kept 1oz even with LupoMax. Water target 5.42pH, Ca:Cl:SO4 of 100:75:150, got 111.3:78.0:144.8. My #85 was Honkers w 1968, c60/wheat/roast and was too dry/roasty by my notes. Try the BYO lifted recipe Hops called for are Northern Brewer 60, Cascade/Willamette 15, Cascade 1. Use perle for NBrewer, Mittelfrueh for Willamette, LupoMax Cascade.
