Add yeast nutrient and Whirlflock at 10 minutes. 6. Add honey at end of boil, prior to (or when you begin cooling...) Just be sure to do it while temp is above 170* to pasteurize. 7. Dry Hop fermenter prior to adding wort. 8. Rack when fermentation slows considerably, or stops (approx 7 days). 9. Use honey for priming sugar when bottling (Approx. 5.65oz/160g).
