Notes
2.8 gallons of cool water to 150 stir in half liquid malt and powder malt and sugar bring to boil add first hops and boil for 60 minutes add second hops for 30 minutes add the remaining liquid malt 10 minutes prior to flameout and add third hops at flameout add enough liquid to have 5.5 gallons 64 degrees pitch allow to warm to 80 over the week serve 45-50 degrees
