Oops. Overshot target OG of 1.049, ended up at 1.055. YVH packages gave me 0.3oz extra, so I split it up between the additions. Originally planning 2.25 60 min, 1.5 at 30 min, 1.25 at 15 min, and 1.0 at 0 min. This added about 3 IBUs to the total.
