Lift bag and let water drain. 5. Add .5 gallon (2 L) of hot water (160-170) by pouring over grain bag. 6. Bring to a boil 7. Once bubbling, add 0.33oz Amarrilo and stir in 8. Boil for 55mins and add 0.33 of Citra and boil for 5 min. 9. Add .33 of simcoe and remove from heat. 10. Bring to room temp as quickly as possible. 11. Add wort to fermenter along with quarter pack of yeast and lightly stir. 12. Store in a cool, dark place for 7 days. Add .5 oz each Amarillo and Citra and store for another 7 days. 12. Bottle and let sit for 2 weeks. 13. Chill for minimum 24hrs and crack er open and enjoy!
