FERMENTATION: 12C until it reached 1.019, then add half of the dry hops. the other half one week later. 3 days later, cool to 4C for 3 weeks. |

| Notes: A light to medium bodied pale ale that showcases rye, and finishes cleanly without a lingering malt presence. Color to be a medium to deep gold. I expect a noticable hop nose up front, with meduim-high bitterness. The flavoring hop-s should compliment the ryewith easrthy, piney, and/or resinous flavors, not to overpower, but complement the flavor of the rye. |
