Ferment at 53 degrees stirring regularly after 5th day. add 1 oz of roasted cacao bean ( Roast on open foil for 3 min at 300 degrees, places in hop bag.) Continue fermenting for seven more days at 53 degrees. Co2 Vol 2-2.5 Age for 1 month or more.
