Beautiful colour.
Nutty and caramel character but still smooth and a little crisp.
First time I brewed this I hit the OG following this recipe and water volumes as I've entered them. My FG was 1.010 and the final volume was 20 L (~5.25 gal).
I cleared it with Gelatin and cold crash for 3 days.
