Bring 3 gallons of water to 160 degrees 2. Steep grains for 45 mins at 155 degrees 3. Dunk grain bag and lift out. Place on strainer 4. Slowly pour 1 gallon of 170 degree water over the grain bag and allow to almost completely drain the water. 5. Top up to 4 gallons of water as needed and bring to boil. 6. Remove from heat and add extract 7. Bring to a boil 8. Add 1 oz. Amarillo Hops 60 mins 9. Remove from heat and cool to 160 degrees 10. Add whirlpool hops 2 oz. Citra and 1 oz. Lemon Drop 11. Whirlpool for 30 mins 12. Chill to 70 degrees 13. Top up to 5.25 gallons in fermenter 14. Check OG 15. Pitch yeast 16. Transfer to secondary vessel after 7 days when active fermentation has ceased. 17. Add Blueberries and Lemon puree to secondary fermentation vessel. 18. Secondary ferment for 7-14 days 19.
