Plan to use distilled water from Kroger. I will start the boil with 2 gallons and then add the rest to the fermentation buckets. 2 tsp. of baking soda will be added to the boil after steeping grains to reduce acidity. |
Notes
Decided to keep this first brew simple and straightforward, no vanilla, 3 gallons, no primary to secondary transfer, conditioning in keg. This could be called the baseline wedding porter (BWP).
