Notes: Mash all grain 60 minutes @154, fly sparge until 7.0 in boil kettle. Boil, add warrior, 20 minute hop stand with 6 oz hops. Then rack to fermenter, pitch omega yeast (took about 36 hours for airlock activity). When krausen begins to fall around day 5-6, add dry hops. Let sit on dry hops 3 days, cold crash 2 days, rack to keg. |

Notes: This is a fantastic clone of Ballast Point's Sculpin Ale. A ton of hops aroma and flavor, beautiful color, nice head retention and lacing.
- Do iodine test pre-boil to ensure conversion was successful

Notes: This is the Brooklyn Sorachi Ace Clone recipe from BYO Magizine, with no changes.
Mash in at 122F, hold 10 minutes. Raise mash temperature to 146F and hold for 60 minutes. Raise mash to 152F and hold 15 minutes. Then mash off at 168F. To 5 gallons of wort at 13.5P or 1.054, add corn sugar. Boil ends at 60 minutes. Cool to 64F, aerate well and pitch yeast. Ferment at 71F. After fermentation ends and yeast settles, dry hop with Sorachi Ace for 5-7 days. |

I peel and puree the Blood Oranges in a sanitized blender. I sanitize the blender and my hands while handling the fruit like I do my fermenters, using StarSan. |
