good-excellent
Solid recipe. Doubled the batch to a 10.5 gallon batch for a birthday party. Easy in flavor, malt forward. I will brew it again and play with it next time. Maybe dry hop with some Galaxy, or add a smidgen of Chinook at flameout. ... honey and sage. Good base for experimentation.

This was my first attempt at all-grain brewing. The recipe was definitely easy, and the end result was quite tasty. I definitely brew this again. Cheers!
