Mash water volume 15 litres. Sparge with another 15 litres at 75C. Mash temp 68C. (I go for this to create a less dry beer with a great mouth feel). Hops: 22g Magnum @ 60 Mins Protoflec Tablet @ 20 Mins 40g EKG @ 10 Mins 40g EKG @ Flame Out Cool rapidly at flame out, to about 75C and leave for 30 minutes cooling naturally during the steep. Then after a thirty minute rest, cool to 20C. Pitch a packet of Nottingham Yeast or Gervin GV12 Ale yeast. I think it is the same thing.
