February 4, 2022 Dry Hop at 5 days - February 9, 2022 OG 10.73 Wonderful aroma SG @ 9 days 1.014 - looks like we are about done. I'll keep an eye on it for a a few days and prepare for packaging. Might just make it into the keg by Superbowl.
