1) Steep cacao 30-45 mins (to taste)
2)Boil brown rice @ 203f for 60 mins
3) add hops at 60 mins
4) add wirlfloc at end of boil (5 mins)
5) cool wort to <80F
6) add yeast/shake it up!
7) ferm at 65-68F until 1.011
8) let rest one week to clear up butter notes
9) rack to bucket/bottle with .9oz dextrose
10) let carb for 1 week

Notes: I am cold brewing the coffee the day before and putting it in the last 5 min of the boil..3 oz of ground coffee, siting in 4 cups of water... hoping to get the aroma, but still boil off the oils...
I added oats, the Quaker quick kinds, I need the mouth feel..
I changed the hops at the last minute, because that is what I had and face it, you are not drinking this for a hops aroma.. Lots of AA in the beginning of the boil.
the Yeast will need to be primed for this to work with one packet.

НАСОКИ:
Ако Ph е извън границите (5,2 - 5,5) добавям:
-Ако е над 5,5 - Калциев Сулфат (CaSO4*2 H2O) a.k.a. Гипс - 1грам на 1галон вода добавя: 61.5 ppm Ca+2 и 147.4 ppm SO4-2 Добавя свежест за хмела. Сваля pH.
-Ако е под 5,2 - Натриев Бикарбонат (NaHCO3) a.k.a. Сода за хляб - 1грам на 1галон вода добавя: 75 ppm Na+1 и 191 ppm HCO3- Сода за хляб. Покачва pH. |

Notes: Split dry hop into 3 additions after fermentation ends (run low CO2 while opening fermenter) after soft crash at 58F (bring back up into low 60s before adding hops). Run two days per addition and then cold crash (~2 days) and package.
