The result was great so I updated the base recipe. 2019-12-11: Removed 400g of pils hoping to get < 4% next time. Which will be soon. This is super delicious. 2020-1-28: original: 3.2kg pils for 24L; updated to 2.5kg keep 800g munich II same, bumped up FWH 2g for 28 IBU also scaled to 44L since I'll be making double batches of this from now on.
