Notes: Aiming for a lightly sweet low/mid-range IBU with tasting notes of orange.
6 Gallons of water with minimal work yielded exactly 5.5 gallons of liquor.
.5 gallons added after boil.
1/2 a whirflock tablet crushed was added at 5 min to end of the boil.
Yeast pitched next morning since not cooling.
Active fermentation stopped at +5
Dry-hopped +7 days from pitching
Racked +15 days = yeilding 4.25 gallons of beer after racking.
Kegged on +17 days from pitching

Smithwick's was pretty bland when we tasted it.
I am guessing on color a little lighter due to 350 deg roasted barley and previous experience.
Bumping hops down slightly from Sept 8, 2019 recipe
Alternatively, could use Maris Otter instead of Skagit Pale.
