Add cherries (washed, dried, frozen, vacuum packed and 'sous vide' sterilized), in hop bag w/1.25 tsp pectic enzyme. 11. Infuse 7 days, punching down daily. 12. Cold crash, 2 days. 13. Rack to keg & carbonate.
