- split finished wort into two fermenters: one using US04 (pitched at 70F), and the other using Kveik harvested from recent batch (pitched at 84F). Kveik started bubbling within an hour. US04 had discernible activity within 18hrs.
- 60m, 5m, and WP hop/hemp charges were in muslin bags. The 30m addition was free floating.
