Notes: Mash In: Added a rest for 15 minutes at 140 degrees, then ramped up to 152 degrees.
Fermentation: Pitch yeast at 75 degrees degrees. Ferment at 75 degrees until final OG is reached, should be just a few days. Fine with Gelatin and cold crash. Transfer to Keg after a few days and leave on 10.5 psi. |

Notes: Forgot filter on GF so pump clogged with grain. Grainstopper also failed.
So no wort recirculation and no heat exchanger coooling. Wort had to cool naturally.
Yeast pitched at 32C.
Fermented down to 1010.Kegged and primed on 27 04 21.
Tried on 07 05. Very poor and clearly infected. Phenols and cloudy. Huge disappointment. |
