Remove grain bag after 30 minutes and heat water to boiling. Once boiling, turn off heat and stir in DME. Bring back to boil and follow hop schedule. Chill to 70 ish degrees and pitch yeast. Ferment at 68 degrees; Dry hop for 3 days after fermentation complete and package. OG - 1.062
