As soon as this beer is poured, battle ensues beginning with the aroma. The nose is instantly hit with sweet malt and honey notes but quickly overtaken by the tropical citrus, overipe fruit, and stonefruit notes from the hops. There's much of the same with in the taste when the malt and hops compete with enough force to destroy the Death Star! Cheesiness aside, the combination of sweet malt and tropical citrus make for an amazing ride... in less than 12 parsecs!
