Tter to 2nd on 2-20 (6days)
Brix =6.2 (1.009 fg, 5.28% ABV), it must be nearly complete.
Make starter from some of dregs for OC2 brew.
2/22= 8 days (brix=5.8 , 1.007 fg, 5.6% ABV)
Bottle w/ 3/4c corn sugar.
4/3/19 - (~6weeks after bottling). Now it is finally nicely carbonated. Reddish color with a thick creamy head. |

Notes: Mäskning: 3 liter vatten, 70 grader 45 minuter
-( --> 2 liter vätska blev kvar vid lakning innan vatten tillsattes)
Lakning 5 ggr därefter med 75 grader vatten till total volym 4.8 liter
Häll i DME (totalvolym ska bli 6 liter) och koka upp (Total volym blev 5,7)....När DME kokar är rolling boil på inställning 9
Tillsätt humle enligt tabell
Rehydrera jästen (1,5 dl vatten 35 grader varmt)
Efter kylning tilsätt vatten till total volym 10 liter
Mät OG. Sedan tilsätt jäst
