Yeast A - S04 B - S05 Evening of brew (Sat): A started fermenting first, but B just going by bedtime Temp for both was 22/23 In the morning after brew A is 21 and B is 19. B fermenting more vigorously Following evening both temperatures down. Following morning (Mon): A seems to have stopped fermenting. B still going. A temp is low end of 19. B temp is high end of 19.

Remove and add LME and water to get to a 6.5gal pre-boil volume. Boil for 90min, with hop addition at 60min. Cool to 70F and pitch yeast. Ferment in primary for 2 days at 65F, raise temp to 68F for 5 days after that. Rack to secondary for 2-4 weeks at 66F. Bottle or keg after.
