(forgot to do mash out) maybe reduce the Lbs as the efficiency may improve? I did do a 6 gallon mash. Did 90 minute mash and boil. Og 1.064 with 58 percent efficiency. I will not do this big of a grain bill next time. This system cannot handle it.
