| Notes: Taken from Flyingdogbrewery.com they say .5oz of Centennial @30 for 35 IBU's which doesn't make any sense to me so I'm using some Columbus @60 as well. They sate the IBU of the beer is 52, but they also listed 2778 as their yeast which doesn't exist, and say that 10lb of Marris Otter will get me 7.4% |
