Notes: Trying the complementary profiles of the two hops (Galaxy and Mosaic).
This is the second version. A favorite. Altered yeast from wlp840, and less volume. Will possibly dry hop in keg. Had problems during mashing: the water got stuck due to grains being too small and too much flour-like. Had too stir throughout. However, efficiency turned out high. May skip the dry hop this time. |

Notes: Beer recipe is a clone of Deschutes Black Butte Porter.
Chill in the SS Brewbucket, then rack ~1 mL to 5 separate fermenters. Pitch the following yeasts:
1. WLP080 Cream Ale (half vial)
2. WY1318 London III (250 mL starter)
3. WY1084 Irish Ale (half pack)
4. WY2565 Kolsch (250 mL starter)
5. WLP028 Scottish Ale (half vial)
Ferment at 64F for all 5 (place Tilt in one of the fermenters).
