By 24hrs, temp was 55.4*. 5/25/2016 Set ferm temp to 53.6*, still getting about 2 bubbles/sec 5/27/2016 FG = 1.010, ABV = 5.78% Lowered temp to 10* in prep for transfer to keg for lagering
